Details
The PSMN0R9-25YLD is a N-channel MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) designed for use in high power applications. It features a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 25V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 100A, making it suitable for use in power supplies, motor control, and other high current applications.This MOSFET has a low on-resistance (Rds(on)) of 7.8mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage, allowing for efficient power conversion with minimal heat dissipation. It also has a low gate threshold voltage (Vgs(th)) of 2.5V, enabling easy gate control in low voltage circuits.The PSMN0R9-25YLD is housed in a TO-220 package, which provides good thermal performance and easy installation on a printed circuit board. It has a YLD suffix, indicating it has been tested and validated for automotive applications, ensuring reliability and durability in harsh operating environments.
