QPD1009 is a high-power, gallium nitride (GaN) field-effect transistor (FET) designed for high-frequency, high-power applications. It operates in a frequency range from 1.8 GHz to 2.2 GHz and offers high efficiency and gain, making it ideal for use in L-band radar systems, jamming devices, and other communication systems.The QPD1009 has a typical output power of 140 watts with a peak output power of 160 watts, making it suitable for high-power amplification requirements. It has a typical gain of 16 dB and an efficiency of up to 65%, ensuring minimal power loss during signal amplification.This GaN FET is housed in a miniature, air-cavity package that provides excellent thermal performance and reliable operation under high-power conditions. It also features built-in ESD protection, ensuring robustness and reliability in harsh operating environments.The QPD1009 is designed for ease of integration into various RF systems, with a simple biasing scheme and a compact form factor.
