RF2514 is a high-performance, low-power RF front-end module designed for Wi-Fi applications in the 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz frequency range. This module is manufactured by Qorvo, a leading provider of RF solutions for the mobile, infrastructure, and aerospace/defense markets.The RF2514 includes a power amplifier, low-noise amplifier, and a single-pole double-throw switch in a compact 3mm x 3mm package. It is optimized for use in consumer electronics, IoT devices, and other wireless applications that require high data rates and reliable connectivity.With a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 4.2V, the RF2514 consumes low power, making it suitable for battery-powered devices. It offers excellent linearity and efficiency, ensuring high-quality signal transmission and reception.In terms of performance, the RF2514 provides a power output of up to 19dBm, a noise figure as low as 1.5dB, and a gain of 36dB.
