Details
The RF3231 is a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0+ based wireless MCU from Silicon Labs. It is designed for low-power applications in the Internet of Things (IoT) market. The RF3231 offers a wide range of integrated features to simplify wireless design, including a high-performance radio with a -105 dBm sensitivity, a low power sleep mode consuming only 600 nA, and a flexible power amplifier that can deliver up to +16 dBm output power.This wireless MCU also includes a high-performance 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0+ core running at up to 72 MHz, 32 KB of flash memory, and 8 KB of RAM. It supports multiple wireless protocols including IEEE 802.15.4, Thread, and Zigbee, making it suitable for a variety of IoT applications.The RF3231 also features various peripherals such as UART, SPI, I2C, and GPIOs, as well as an integrated temperature sensor and hardware encryption engine for enhanced security. Additionally, it has a low-power brownout reset (BOR) circuit to ensure reliable operation in power-constrained environments.
