Details
RV5C387A is a 1.6V, 64-taps, 3-wire, non-volatile, Single Resistor Variable Digital Potentiometer. It has an operational temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and a power supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. This digital potentiometer features an I2C-compatible interface and offers an end-to-end resistance of 10kΩ.RV5C387A is designed with E2PROM technology, enabling it to retain the resistance setting even when powered off. It also provides a low power consumption of 2.5µA maximum in standby mode and 300µA maximum in active mode.The 64-tap resolution of RV5C387A allows for precise adjustment of resistance values, suitable for applications requiring fine tuning and calibration. Its compact package size of 4mm x 4mm x 0.8mm makes it ideal for space-constrained designs.This digital potentiometer is commonly used in audio equipment, communication systems, instrumentation, and other applications where variable resistance settings are needed. Its non-volatile nature and wide operating temperature range make it versatile for use in various environments and conditions.
