The SD1272 is a high-power NPN silicon RF power transistor designed for RF power amplification in VHF and UHF frequency bands. It operates in the frequency range of 30 to 520 MHz and is specifically designed for use in applications such as mobile radio, two-way radio, and industrial heating systems.The transistor has a maximum power output of 100 watts, a maximum collector efficiency of 50%, and a gain of 10 dB. It features a rugged design with excellent thermal stability, making it suitable for high-power applications.The SD1272 is housed in a hermetically sealed metal package for enhanced reliability and performance. It can operate in class C, AB, or B configurations depending on the application requirements.The transistor has a collector-base voltage of 140 V, a collector-emitter voltage of 65 V, and a maximum operating junction temperature of 200°C. It also has built-in protection features such as overvoltage and overcurrent protection to ensure safe operation under different conditions.
