Details
SII1151CLU is a high-performance current mode PWM controller designed for use in off-line flyback power supplies. It operates at a fixed frequency of 65kHz and includes a number of useful features such as cycle-by-cycle current limiting, overvoltage protection, and adjustable soft-start.The device is capable of providing up to 2A of peak output current and includes an integrated high-voltage start-up regulator and a 7.8V voltage reference. This makes it an ideal solution for a wide range of power supply applications.The SII1151CLU also includes a range of protection features to ensure reliable operation, including thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection. The device is housed in a compact 8-pin SOIC package, making it easy to integrate into existing designs.
