With the ability to absorb repetitive ESD strikes at an impressive ±30kV (contact discharge, as per IEC 61000-4-2 standards), these diodes exhibit exceptional resilience without any compromise in performance. Moreover, they are equipped to safely dissipate up to 5A of 8/20µs surge current (as per IEC61000-4-5 guidelines) while maintaining extremely low clamping voltages
