Details
ST9014C is a PNP epitaxial silicon transistor commonly used for low-power amplifier applications. It has a maximum collector current (Ic) rating of 100mA and a total power dissipation (Pd) of 400mW. The transistor has a high collector-base voltage (VCBO) of -50V and a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of -45V. It also has a base-emitter voltage (VBE) of -5V, making it suitable for use in circuits requiring low voltage operation.ST9014C has a typical DC current gain (hfe) of 60 to 120 at a collector current of 1mA, providing good amplification capabilities. It also has a transition frequency (fT) of 150MHz, allowing for high-frequency applications.The transistor comes in a TO-92 package, which is a widely used through-hole package for small signal transistors. It has three leads for easy soldering onto a PCB.
