Details
The STM1061N30WX6F is a highly efficient low power voltage detector that offers precise monitoring of battery, power-supply, and system voltages. Equipped with a precision voltage reference and comparator, this device continuously checks the VCCinput against a specified voltage threshold. If the VCC drops below the defined trip point threshold, the output (OUT) is set to a low state and remains so until the VCCinput rises above VTH–+ hysteresis (VHYST). With a guaranteed correct logic state output even at 0.7V, the STM1061 is designed to tolerate rapid transients on the VCC line, ensuring reliable performance in a variety of conditions. The compact size and low power consumption make it an ideal choice for portable applications, with availability in small packages like SOT23-3 and SOT323-3 (SC70-3)
