Details

The STM6904 supervisor is specifically engineered to handle the supervision and monitoring of multiple system power supply voltages, making it a valuable component for a wide range of applications such as Set-Top Boxes, portable battery-powered systems, networking and communication systems. With its low voltage and low supply current processor, the STM6904 is capable of effectively monitoring up to four supply voltages, providing essential protection for critical electronic components. The device is equipped with a push-button type manual reset input to ensure manual control when necessary. Moreover, two of the four supply monitors feature fixed, customer-selectable and factory-trimmed thresholds, while the other two voltage monitor inputs allow for externally adjustable thresholds, based on specific level requirements. In the event of any voltage drop below the factory-trimmed or adjustable thresholds, or if the manual reset input is activated, the reset output is triggered and held low for a minimum delay period after all monitored supplies have risen above their respective thresholds. The STM6904 is designed to ensure the correct reset output logic state when VCC is greater than 0.8 V, providing a reliable and stable operational environment for electronic systems. Packaged in a standard 8-lead MSOP (TSSOP) package, the STM6904 is a highly versatile and dependable supervisor for system power management and control
