The TA75S393 is a low-power, operational amplifier designed for general-purpose applications. It features a rail-to-rail input and output voltage range, making it suitable for a wide range of single-supply applications. The device operates on a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V with a typical quiescent current of 400µA. With a unity-gain bandwidth of 2.1MHz and a slew rate of 1.3V/µs, the TA75S393 is capable of handling signal amplification requirements in various circuits. It also has a low input bias current of 1pA, ensuring minimal input loading effects. The device offers a high open-loop gain of 125dB and high CMRR of 100dB, providing excellent performance in noisy environments.The TA75S393 comes in a small SOT-23 package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. It also features short-circuit and thermal protection, ensuring device reliability in harsh operating conditions.
