The TCAN1046AV-Q1 and TCAN1048AV-Q1 (TCAN104xAV-Q1) are cutting-edge dual high-speed controller area network (CAN) transceivers designed to meet the physical layer requirements of the ISO 11898-2:2016 high-speed CAN specification. These transceivers are optimized to support both classical CAN and CAN FD networks, delivering speeds of up to 8 megabits per second (Mbps). Moreover, they are equipped with internal logic level translation via the VIO terminal to enable seamless interfacing with 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, or 5-V logic levels. With two independent CAN channels, each transceiver allows for individual mode control through the standby pins, facilitating low-power standby mode operation without interfering with the state of the other CAN channel. Even in standby mode, the transceivers support remote wake-up patterns via the CAN bus, adhering to the ISO 11898-2:2016 defined wake-up pattern (WUP) - an essential feature for energy-efficient and responsive systems
