Details
The TEA18363 is a highly-integrated power supply control IC designed for small home appliances and auxiliary power supplies. It features a wide input voltage range of 60V to 800V, making it suitable for a variety of applications.This device incorporates a multi-mode controller for high efficiency and low standby power consumption. It also includes a built-in power MOSFET with over-temperature protection, over-current protection, and over-voltage protection for added safety and reliability.The TEA18363 operates in a fixed-frequency PWM control mode and includes frequency reduction at light load to improve energy efficiency. It also offers a burst mode in standby operation to further reduce power consumption.Additionally, this IC includes a dedicated driver for an external power switch, making it flexible and easy to use in various power supply topologies. It also features a built-in soft-start function to minimize inrush current during startup.
