TGA4537-SM is a Gallium Nitride (GaN) power amplifier module designed for use in high power pulsed radar applications. It operates in the frequency range of 13.4-16.0 GHz and delivers a typical output power of 100 watts with a typical power gain of 22 dB. The module features a compact microstrip package with SMA connectors for easy integration into radar systems.The TGA4537-SM utilizes GaN on SiC technology, which provides high power density, efficiency, and linearity compared to traditional GaAs-based amplifiers. This allows for reduced power consumption and heat dissipation, making the module ideal for applications where size, weight, and power efficiency are critical factors.In addition to its high power performance, the TGA4537-SM also features excellent pulse fidelity, with fast rise and fall times and low intermodulation distortion.
