Details
The TGL2927-SM is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier (LNA) designed for general purpose applications in the 2-6 GHz frequency range. It features high gain, low noise figure, and excellent linearity, making it suitable for a wide range of RF and microwave systems. The LNA has a typical gain of 17 dB, a noise figure of 0.6 dB, and an output P1dB of 13 dBm. It operates from a single 3V power supply and consumes only 27 mA of current.The TGL2927-SM is housed in a 1.2x1.2 mm surface-mount package, making it easy to integrate into compact PCB designs. It is fully matched to 50 ohms at both the input and output ports, simplifying system integration and minimizing the need for external matching components. The LNA also features internal DC blocking capacitors on both ports, eliminating the need for external bias tees.
