Details
The TLP250H(F) is an Optocoupler consisting of a photo-transistor optically coupled to a GaAlAs infrared emitting diode. It is categorized as an X36 PB-F Driver Coupler DIP 8 TH component. This optocoupler is designed to provide high-speed switching performance and high common-mode transient immunity for driving medium power IGBTs and power MOSFETs. The TLP250H(F) features a high BVCEO (70 V Min) and high CMR (CMR = 5000 V/ms), making it ideal for use in industrial inverters, motor drivers, and power supply applications. The device is rated for a maximum forward current of 50 mA and has a maximum power dissipation of 150 mW. In terms of packaging, the TLP250H(F) comes in an 8-pin DIP package, which allows for easy mounting on a PCB. Additionally, it operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 100°C, ensuring reliable performance in harsh operating environments.
