Details
The TMP87P808M is a microcontroller unit (MCU) designed by Toshiba for use in various electronic applications. It is based on a 8-bit RISC architecture with a maximum operating frequency of 20 MHz. The MCU features a built-in flash memory of 8 KB, a RAM of 304 bytes, and an EEPROM of 128 bytes. It also includes 20 I/O ports, a 16-bit timer, an 8-bit timer, and a watchdog timer for enhanced system reliability.The TMP87P808M supports a wide range of communication protocols including UART, SPI, and I2C, making it suitable for interfacing with a variety of external devices. It also features several built-in peripherals such as an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with 8 channels, a serial interface for serial communication, and a pulse-width modulation (PWM) module for controlling motors and other devices.
