The TMUX8211, TMUX8212, and TMUX8213 are cutting-edge analog switches designed to handle high voltage while maintaining immunity to latch-up. With four independently controllable 1:1, single-pole single-throw (SPST) switch channels, these devices are versatile and adaptable to various supply configurations, including dual supplies, single supply, or asymmetric supplies up to 100 V. The TMUX821x series consistently delivers superior analog performance across the entire supply voltage range. Supporting bidirectional analog and digital signals, the TMUX821x family provides flexibility for a wide range of system requirements. Ensuring system reliability, all logic inputs support multiple logic levels and can withstand voltages as high as 48 V, providing added protection for the devices. By incorporating fail-safe logic circuitry, these devices can handle control signal voltage with ease, without risking potential damage. In addition, the Latch-Up immunity feature protects the devices from high current events, ensuring continued functionality even in harsh environments. These features make the TMUX821x series suitable for a wide range of applications where reliability and performance are critical
