Product TN4015H-6G-TR is designed to offer high thermal performance operation up to 40 A, thanks to its junction temperature Tjup to 150 °C. Its D²PAK package enables modern SMD designs and compact back to back configuration, making it a versatile choice for a range of applications. With a trade-off of noise immunity (dV/dt = 500 V/μs) versus gate triggering current (IGT= 15 mA) and turn-on current rise (dI/dt = 100 A/μs), this device allows for the design of robust and compact control circuits for voltage regulators in various industries, including motorbikes and industrial drives, overvoltage crowbar protection, motor control circuits in power tools, and kitchen appliances, as well as inrush current limiting circuits. Its capabilities make it well-suited for demanding applications where reliability and performance are crucial
