Details
The TND308TD-TL-E is a gate driver IC used in power electronic applications such as inverters, converters, and motor drives. This IC is specifically designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a bridge configuration. It operates with a supply voltage ranging from 9V to 18V and can deliver peak output currents of up to 5A. The TND308TD-TL-E features a high-speed, low-resistance gate driver with programmable dead-time control to prevent shoot-through currents in half-bridge or full-bridge configurations. It also includes integrated under-voltage lockout and over-current protection features to ensure the safe operation of the power electronics system. This gate driver IC comes in a small outline package, making it suitable for applications where space is limited. It also has an extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, allowing it to operate in harsh environments.
