Details
TNY266P is a highly integrated off-line switcher IC (integrated circuit) designed for low power applications. It incorporates a 700V power MOSFET, high voltage switched current source, power management control circuitry, and an internal oscillator with user-configurable frequency. The IC is housed in a small 8-pin package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.TNY266P offers a number of key features that make it ideal for low power applications. It includes built-in advanced energy-saving features such as EcoSmart technology, which allows the IC to consume less power in standby mode. The device also offers frequency jittering to reduce EMI emissions, as well as line under-voltage detection for brownout protection.The IC is designed to deliver up to 8W of output power, making it suitable for applications such as power adapters, chargers, and auxiliary power supplies. It operates from a wide input voltage range of 85V to 265V AC, making it suitable for use in a variety of regions around the world.
