The TPD2E001DRL is a dual-channel transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from damage due to transient voltage events. It is part of the TPD2E series from Texas Instruments and is specifically designed for use in portable and handheld electronic devices.The TPD2E001DRL features two integrated TVS diodes that provide bidirectional protection against voltage transients such as electrostatic discharge (ESD) and lightning-induced surges. Each channel has a clamping voltage of 7 volts and a peak pulse current rating of 1A, making it suitable for protecting low-voltage electronic components.This TVS diode is housed in a small leadless package (2-pin SOT-953) which takes up minimal board space and allows for easy integration into compact designs. It is RoHS-compliant and can withstand a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications.
