Details
The TPS3307-33DGN belongs to the TPS3307 family of micropower supply voltage supervisors, designed specifically for circuit initialization in DSP and processor-based systems that require multiple supply voltages. Each device in the TPS3307-xx family is capable of monitoring three independent supply voltages, including options such as 3.3V/1.8V/adj, 3.3V/2.5V/adj, or 3.3V/5V/adj, with an adjustable SENSE input for monitoring any supply voltage greater than 1.25V. These devices assert the RESET signal when the supply voltage exceeds 1.1V during power-on, and an internal timer ensures a proper system reset by delaying the return of the RESET output to the inactive state. Additionally, the TPS3307-xx family incorporates a manual reset input, MR, which can be utilized to activate the RESET signal. With options for 8-pin MSOP or standard 8-pin SO packages, the TPS3307-xx devices are designed for reliable operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C
