TQP3M9041 is a gallium nitride (GaN) power amplifier transistor designed for high efficiency and power density in wireless infrastructure applications. It operates in the frequency range of 1.8 GHz to 2.2 GHz and is capable of delivering an output power of up to 40 watts with a gain of 19.5 dB and an efficiency of over 60%.The TQP3M9041 features a compact and thermally efficient package, allowing for easy integration into small form factor designs while maintaining optimal performance. It also has built-in protection features such as over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature protection to ensure reliable operation under various operating conditions.This GaN transistor is designed for use in applications such as base stations, small cells, and other wireless infrastructure systems where high efficiency and power density are critical factors. Its high power capability and efficiency make it ideal for increasing the performance and capacity of wireless networks while minimizing power consumption and heat dissipation.
