Details
TQP9109 is a high-performance, low-power, 6-bit RF digital attenuator designed by TriQuint Semiconductors. It operates in the frequency range of 9 kHz to 14 GHz, making it suitable for a wide range of RF and microwave applications. The attenuation levels can be controlled in 0.5 dB steps, providing precise control over the signal strength.This device features a low insertion loss of 3 dB at 1 GHz and a high linearity with an input P1dB of 31 dBm. The attenuation accuracy is maintained within ± 0.3 dB over the entire frequency range, ensuring reliable and consistent performance. The TQP9109 also has a fast switching speed of less than 1 µs, allowing for rapid changes in attenuation levels.With a supply voltage range of 3.0 to 5.5 V and a power consumption of only 35 mW, the TQP9109 offers low power operation, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The device is housed in a compact 3 x 3 mm QFN package, providing easy integration into various RF systems.
