The TRF37T05IRGER is a versatile direct quadrature modulator designed for low noise and exceptional time division duplexing (TDD) performance. With the ability to convert complex modulated signals from baseband or intermediate frequency (IF) directly to radio frequency (RF), this high-performance device is ideal for up-converting signals ranging from 300 MHz to 4 GHz. Featuring a double-balanced mixer implementation, the TRF37T05 ensures superior linearity and reliability in RF applications
