It features low ON-state resistance of 0.5 ohms typ at 3.3V and 0.6 ohms typ at 5V, ensuring minimal signal distortion and loss. The switch can handle a wide voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V, making it compatible with a variety of systems and devices.This analog switch has a low control input voltage of 1.8V, allowing for easy interfacing with low-voltage control signals. It also has a fast switching time of less than 13ns, ensuring quick signal routing and response times.
