Details
The UC1844J883B is a versatile control integrated circuit that facilitates the implementation of off-line or DC-to-DC fixed-frequency current-mode control configurations with minimal external components. Its internal circuitry includes an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) feature with a low start-up current, a precision reference for accurate error amplifier input, and latched operation logic. The device also boasts a pulse-width modulation (PWM) comparator for current-limit control and a totem-pole output stage suitable for driving N-channel MOSFETs. With various package options, temperature ranges, duty cycle choices, and turnon/turnoff threshold selections, the UCx84x family offers flexibility for a wide range of applications
