Its trimmed oscillator ensures precise duty cycle control, while the enhanced line under-voltage lockout and high-speed operational amplifier provide reliable and stable operation. With protection functions such as overcurrent protection and adjustable soft-start, the UCC2813D-0 offers comprehensive protection and flexibility. Its wide input voltage range of 8V to 35V makes it suitable for a variety of power supply designs, and it can drive external MOSFETs or BJTs up to 1A peak current. Whether used in isolated power supplies, DC-DC converters, or battery chargers, the UCC2813D-0 delivers exceptional performance and reliability.
