Details
The improved input interface of the ULN2003LV minimizes input DC current drawn from external drivers, while the input RC snubber greatly improves its performance in noisy operating conditions. With internal input pull-down resistors, the ULN2003LV allows for tri-stating of input logic and supports other logic input levels such as TTL and 1.8V. This provides flexibility and ease of use for different application requirements
