Details
The UPC1663, also known as the UPC1663G, is a high performance dual operational amplifier manufactured by NEC Electronics. It is designed for use in a wide range of applications including audio equipment, instrumentation, and power supplies. The UPC1663 features two independent operational amplifiers that operate on a single power supply voltage ranging from 4V to 32V. Each amplifier has a high gain bandwidth product of 2.5 MHz and a slew rate of 1.3 V/µs. The input offset voltage is low at 2mV, while the input bias current is also low at 1nA. This dual operational amplifier has a common-mode rejection ratio of 70dB and a power supply rejection ratio of 70dB. It is configured for unity gain stability, making it easy to use in various circuit designs. The operating temperature range of the UPC1663 is -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for a wide range of environments.
