The UPC177G is a silicon NPN epitaxial planar transistor that is designed for high-frequency applications. It is housed in a TO-92 package and features a maximum collector current of 100mA. The transistor has a maximum power dissipation of 400mW and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 45V.The UPC177G has a low noise figure and high power gain, making it suitable for use in RF amplifiers, oscillators, and mixers.
