Details
The 2N3710 is a small-signal NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) commonly used in various electronic circuits. It has a maximum collector current (Ic) rating of 100mA and a collector-base voltage (Vcbo) rating of 50V. The transistor has a low noise figure and high current gain, making it suitable for applications requiring amplification of weak signals.The 2N3710 is housed in a TO-18 package which allows for easy mounting on a circuit board or heat sink. It operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 200°C, making it suitable for use in different environmental conditions.The transistor has three terminals - emitter, base, and collector.
