Details
The 2SC2546 is a silicon NPN epitaxial planar transistor commonly used in high-frequency amplifier and oscillator circuits. It features a high transition frequency of 800 MHz and a low noise figure which makes it suitable for applications in the UHF range. The transistor can handle continuous collector current up to 50mA and collector-base voltage up to 20V.The 2SC2546 has a compact TO-92L package that allows for easy installation on a printed circuit board. Its small size and low power consumption make it ideal for portable electronic devices such as cell phones, radios, and other communication equipment.The transistor is characterized by a hFE (DC current gain) ranging from 15 to 200, ensuring stable and reliable amplifier performance.
