Details
The 2SC943 is a silicon NPN transistor commonly used in amplifier and switching applications. It has a maximum collector-base voltage of 60V and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 50V. The transistor can handle a maximum continuous collector current of 150mA and a peak collector current of 300mA. The device has a maximum power dissipation of 400mW and a maximum operating temperature of 150 degrees Celsius.The 2SC943 is housed in a TO-92 package, which is a small plastic encapsulated package that allows for easy mounting and heat dissipation. The transistor has a hfe (DC current gain) ranging from 70 to 700, depending on the operating conditions.In amplifier applications, the 2SC943 can be used in small signal amplification circuits such as preamplifiers and audio amplifiers. In switching applications, the transistor can be used to switch on and off electrical signals in devices such as relays, motors, and LED drivers.
