BAR63-04 is a Schottky barrier diode with a forward current of 2 A and a reverse voltage of 40 V. It has a low reverse recovery time of only 20 ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications. The diode has a very low capacitance of 4.5 pF at a reverse voltage of 0 V, which allows for efficient high-frequency operation.BAR63-04 is housed in a SOD-323 package, which is a small surface-mount package that is ideal for compact and space-constrained designs. This package type also allows for easy automated assembly processes, making it suitable for high-volume production.The diode has a maximum operating temperature of 150 degrees Celsius, ensuring reliable operation in a wide range of environmental conditions.
