Details
BAT68-06 is a schottky barrier diode that is commonly used in high-frequency applications due to its fast switching speed and low forward voltage drop. The diode has a maximum continuous forward current rating of 30mA and a reverse voltage rating of 30V. It has a low capacitance of 2pF which makes it suitable for high-frequency applications.The BAT68-06 diode is housed in a small SOT-23 surface mount package, making it easy to solder onto a circuit board. It has a compact design, with dimensions of 2.9mm x 1.3mm x 1.1mm.This diode has a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, which is ideal for applications where fast switching speeds are required. It also has a low reverse leakage current of 10nA at a reverse voltage of 30V.
