Details
The BC81740 is a general-purpose NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is a surface-mount, SOT-23 packaged device with a maximum power dissipation of 330mW and a maximum collector current of 500mA.The BC81740 transistor has a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 310mV at 10mA and a high DC current gain (hfe) of 250 minimum at 100mA. It is designed for use in various low to medium power amplification and switching applications.The small SOT-23 package makes the BC81740 suitable for compact and space-constrained designs. It has a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, making it suitable for various operating environments.Additionally, the BC81740 has a high collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 45V, providing robustness and reliability in different circuit configurations. It is also RoHS compliant, making it environmentally friendly.
