Featuring a NPN wideband silicon RF transistor, the BFG135,115 from NXP Semiconductors is designed for high frequency applications up to 3 GHz. With a maximum collector current of 700 mA and a power dissipation of 1.3 W, this transistor is capable of handling high power levels with ease. It boasts a low noise figure of 1.8 dB at 900 MHz, making it an ideal choice for low noise amplifier (LNA) applications. The gain bandwidth product of 6 GHz ensures high gain in a wide frequency range, and the minimum gain of 11 dB at 900 MHz promises consistent performance across different frequencies. Housed in a SOT143B package, this transistor is easy to solder onto PCBs and is suitable for compact designs where space is limited
