Details
BFS481 is a high-performance NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) designed for a wide range of applications in industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics. This transistor is housed in a SOT-223 package and features a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 40V, a collector current (IC) of 1A, and a power dissipation of 1.25W.With a low saturation voltage of 0.25V and a high current gain (hFE) of up to 200, the BFS481 is suitable for use in switching and amplification circuits where high efficiency and performance are required. Its high-speed switching capabilities make it ideal for applications like DC-DC converters, motor control, and LED lighting.This transistor also has a low base-emitter saturation voltage (VBEsat) of 0.8V at a collector current of 1A, which helps reduce power losses and improve overall efficiency in circuit designs. Additionally, the BFS481 has a low equivalent on-resistance (RCE) of 1.2Ω, further enhancing its performance in power switching applications.
