The BUK768R3-60E is a power transistor module designed for high-speed switching applications in power tool motors, DC-DC converters, and lighting systems. It features a low on-resistance of 12 mΩ and a continuous drain current of 60 A, making it suitable for high-power applications.This module is built with Infineon's CoolMOS technology, which offers high efficiency and low conduction losses. The BUK768R3-60E also includes internal gate protection to prevent damage from voltage spikes and overcurrent conditions.The BUK768R3-60E is housed in a TO-220 package, which provides good thermal performance and easy assembly onto printed circuit boards. It has a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C, allowing it to be used in a variety of environments.
