Details
Offering a family of ESD protection diode arrays, the CM1230-02CP is designed for systems demanding low capacitance and high levels of protection. With options for 2, 4, or 8 channels in a compact CSP form factor, this device functions by utilizing a pair of ESD diodes per channel to steer ESD current pulses effectively. Additionally, an integrated zener diode between supply rails ensures comprehensive protection for the VCC rail, eliminating the need for a bypass capacitor. Capable of safely dissipating ±8kV ESD strikes and meeting Level 4 requirements of the IEC61000-4-2 standard, as well as ±15kV air discharges, the CM1230-02CP provides reliable ESD protection for circuits with high data and clock rates
