Featuring a pair of ESD diodes per channel, the CM1230 effectively steers ESD current pulses to the positive or negative supply rail, ensuring reliable performance under extreme conditions. Additionally, integrated zener diodes safeguard the VCC rail from ESD strikes, eliminating the need for bypass capacitors and simplifying system design. With a remarkable ESD withstand capability of ±8kV and compliance with the IEC61000-4-2 international standard, the CM1230 sets a new benchmark in ESD protection
