Details
DS3131 is a high-speed, low-power quad driver with high output current capability. It is designed for applications that require driving capacitive loads with fast edge rates. The device operates over a wide range of supply voltages from 3V to 15V and has a maximum output current of 350 mA per channel.DS3131 features four independent drivers with a common enable input and high output impedance when disabled. Each driver has a slew rate control feature that allows users to adjust the rise and fall times of the outputs. This flexibility makes the DS3131 ideal for driving a variety of loads, including capacitive, resistive, and inductive.The device is packaged in a small footprint QFN package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. It has built-in protection features such as overcurrent and thermal shutdown to ensure reliable operation in harsh environments.
