Details
The IDTQS3VH125 is a high-speed, low-voltage, triple 2:1 Mux/Demux switch designed for use in a variety of digital applications. It features a low ON resistance of 5 ohms and a wide operating voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V, making it suitable for use in both 3.3V and 1.8V systems. This switch is able to handle data rates of up to 6Gbps, making it ideal for high-speed data switching applications such as Gigabit Ethernet, SONET/SDH, Fibre Channel, and PCIe. The IDTQS3VH125 also features a low propagation delay of 0.7ns, ensuring minimal signal distortion and optimal system performance.The device is offered in a compact 10-lead TSSOP package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. It also features ESD protection up to 2kV on all pins, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments.
