Details
IPS6041 is a high-performance, low-power, dual-channel, high-speed MOSFET driver IC designed for applications such as brushless DC motor control, photovoltaic inverters, and power conversion systems. It is specifically designed to drive two N-channel power MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration.The IPS6041 features a wide supply voltage range of 10V to 20V, making it suitable for a variety of power supply applications. It has a high peak output current capability of up to 10A, allowing it to drive large power MOSFETs with ease. The device also has a fast rise and fall time of 10ns, ensuring precise control of the power MOSFETs in high-speed switching applications.Additionally, the IPS6041 incorporates built-in shoot-through protection to prevent simultaneous conduction of the upper and lower MOSFETs, which can cause damaging short circuits. It also offers thermal shutdown protection to prevent overheating during operation.Furthermore, the IPS6041 is housed in a compact 8-pin SOIC package, making it easy to integrate into existing circuit designs.
