The LA4601 is an integrated circuit designed for use in car audio systems. It is a 4-channel bridge amplifier that can deliver up to 50 watts of power per channel with a 4-ohm load. The amplifier operates on a supply voltage range of 11V to 16V and has a THD (total harmonic distortion) of less than 0.08%.The LA4601 features a built-in mute function that can be activated by applying a voltage of 2.4V or higher to the mute pin. This allows for easy integration with the car audio system, providing a convenient way to silence the amplifier when needed.The amplifier also includes protection circuits such as overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and overvoltage protection to ensure the safety and longevity of the device.
