Details
The MAX809/NCV809 and MAX810 are essential system supervisor circuits that provide an efficient way to monitor VCC in digital systems. These cost-effective devices are capable of generating a reset signal to the host processor when required, without the need for external components. The reset output is activated within 10 µsec of VCC falling below the reset voltage threshold and remains active for a factory-trimmed timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold. While the MAX810 features an active-high RESET output, the MAX809 boasts an active-low RESETbar output. Both devices are conveniently available in SOT-23 and SC-70 packages
