MC10131L is a high-speed quad D flip-flop with clear feature. It is a part of the 10131 series of integrated circuits designed for general-purpose logic applications. This flip-flop operates on a wide voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V and is suitable for use in various digital systems. The MC10131L features four individual D flip-flops in a single integrated circuit package. Each flip-flop has a dedicated D input, a Q output, a complementary Q output, and control inputs for clock and clear signals. The clear input allows the user to asynchronously reset the flip-flop to its inactive state, making it a versatile component for synchronous and asynchronous logic applications.With a typical propagation delay of 3.5 ns, the MC10131L is capable of handling high-speed data transfer and clocking requirements. It also offers a high output drive capability, making it suitable for driving other logic gates and components in a digital system.
